Programme
- Men's and women's rugby teams will play on the weekend of Sat. 27 and Sun. June 28, 2026
- Youth rugby teams U8, U10 and U12 (TBM) Sat. 27 June 2026
- Youth rugby teams U14, U16 and U18 (CJC) and girls' rugby teams Sun. 28 June. 2026

Cost
- Youth teams U8 - U10 - U12 and girls teams per team € 150.00
- Youth teams U14 - U16 - U18 per team € 175.00
- Senior teams per team € 350.00
Important
- After completing registration, a confirmation e-mail will follow. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spambox first.
- Payment request follows within 2 weeks after registration. This will be sent to the contact email address or email address to which the payment request should be sent.
- Upon receipt of payment, a payment confirmation will follow, which is also final proof of participation.
- Two weeks before the North Sea Beach Rugby event, you will receive the latest detailed information, including the match schedule.
- A maximum of 2 Beach Rugby teams per age category can participate. This gives every club the opportunity to participate.
- A team consists maximum of 12 players and 3 coaches and/or supervisors. Players may not be exchanged with a second registered team during the competition.
- Players must play in the correct age category unless there is official dispensation from a National Rugby Union, which can be proved.
- Violation of points 6 and 7 may possibly result in disqualification.
Entry forms
For questions about accommodation, lunch and dinner possibilities with the entire team, please mention this on the registration form or send us an e-mail. There will be plenty of opportunities to buy food and drinks at our food court during the day.
Registrations must be received at least 4 weeks before the start of the tournament. Please note: full is full! It is possible to send an e-mail if you want your team to be put on a standby list.
