How Does Registration Work?

1. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away. Didn't get one? Check your spam folder.
2. Within two weeks, we'll send a payment request to the contact person's email address.
3. Once your payment is received, you'll get a payment confirmation — this also serves as your official proof of participation.
4. Two weeks before the tournament, you'll receive all the practical information, including the match schedule.

Registration closes at the latest four weeks before the tournament starts. Want to join the waiting list once it's full? Send us an email.

Participation Rules

• Each club may enter a maximum of two teams per age category, ensuring equal chances for every club.
• A team consists of a maximum of 12 players and 3 coaches or staff members.
• Players may not be swapped with a second registered team during the competition.
• Players must compete in their own age category, unless official dispensation has been granted by a national rugby federation.
• Violation of the above points may result in disqualification.
