MIREIJA DIJKSTRA HONORARY MEMBER

Rugby Club Greate Pier in Leeuwarden has appointed Mireija Dijkstra as an honorary member. North Sea Beach Rugby is of course very proud of Mireija. Most people know her from the many matches she has refereed all over Europe with as highlight the European Championships for national teams in Moscow, co-organised by Rugby Europe.

For those who don't know Mireija yet, here is a small summary of her activities.

  • North Sea Beach Rugby
  • EBRA Series in Europe (Marseille, Hungary Lake Ballaton Beach Rugby, Lignano, Marseille, Porto)
  • Rugby Netherlands referee
  • Rugby Nederland referee committee and regional referee allocator
  • Together with Edwin van der Spek setting up a working group Youth Referee

Trainer

Mireija has also been trainer of men's, women's and youth teams of Greate Pier

 

North Sea Beach Rugby hopes to see Mireija for many years to come as a Beach Rugby referee in Europe and of course in The Hague.

 

The members of the Foundation North Sea Beach Rugby organise the nationally and internationally recognised Beach Rugby event in the Netherlands.
